Shipping
Why is my free shipping not activating?
A free shipping option should automatically be applied if your cart total is over $75. Please note that your total after discounts must be over $75 for free shipping. If you're encountering issues with these conditions met, please try clearing your cache and cookies and re-adding to your cart again. Apologies for the inconvenience! We wish technology would cooperate 100% of the time.
We currently do not offer free shipping on wallpaper as it is a specialty product that does not ship out of our studio.
How long does it take for orders to ship?
All orders will ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified. If there is some unforeseen delay, you will always be notified. Depending on US region, orders can take anywhere between 1-7 business days to be delivered. For international orders, please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
Which carrier do you use?
We currently ship all of our orders with either UPS or USPS and tracking information for either carrier will always be provided.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return & refund policy?
Unused, unopened, and undamaged items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund back to your credit card. Customers will assume the cost of return shipping at this time.

Custom
Can you create a custom piece for me?
As much as we love our customers and try to accommodate particular requests to the best of our ability, we unfortunately do not consider individual custom orders. If you're interested in brand collaborations, please contact us and we'd be happy to discuss details.
What about licensing your work?
Similarly, we currently do not license our work for individual projects. If your inquiry is for brand licensing, please contact us for further information.
